Record your working time
Clock in and out
Link to section: Clock in and out- When you start working, click the Attendance clock icon in the top bar and choose Clock in. The same buttons are at the top of My attendance.
- When you go on a break choose Start break, and when you come back End break. The break is recorded as a clock-out marked as a break, and your contract decides whether it is paid. The system never invents a break.
- At the end of the day choose Clock out.
Clocking out, a break included, stops and saves a timer that is running at that moment. See Work time and time reports.
Your office may require clocking in before working. Then Clock in to start working appears, and key actions are blocked until you clock in. If Are you still working? appears, answer according to what actually happened: Yes, still working, or clock out at the time you stopped.
My attendance
Link to section: My attendanceIn the Operations menu, click Attendance and time, then My attendance.
- Today: since when you are working or on a break, the first clock-in, the planned hours from your contract, and how much of today’s standard is left or how far you are over it.
- Monthly summary: Worked, Standard, Difference, Overtime (by 125%, 150% and more), Breaks and Need review. Without a contract you see No contract yet, and the standard is worked out from the default contract meanwhile. Move between months with the arrows. A month closed for payroll is marked Closed.
- The days table: shifts, standard, worked, difference, breaks, leave and status. You can sort by date or by hours worked.
Clicking a day opens it: the Punch timeline, the day’s leave, the Change history and Work activity (estimate). The activity is an estimate only and never payroll data.
The standard, overtime and leave are worked out from your contract. See Contract and terms.
Correct a mistake
Link to section: Correct a mistake- Click the edit icon on the day’s row, or Request a correction inside the day.
- For each punch choose Clock in, Clock out or Break, the date and the time. If it replaces an existing punch, pick that one under Replaces.
- Write a Reason and choose Submit request.
The request appears under My correction requests as Pending until your direct manager or an admin decides. You can cancel it while it is pending. You can also ask to correct a day in a month closed for payroll, but it is approved only after the month is reopened (Waits until the month is reopened). The answer arrives in the bell.
