Add the expense

- Use the available add or upload action and select the document.
- Wait for the file to finish processing.
- Open the expense and compare the fields with the original document.
- Check the vendor, tax identifier, document number, date, currency, amount, and classification.
- Save changes. Review any posting preview before approving.
