Review a batch of bookkeeping work
A batch is a group of related bookkeeping items, such as a statement import or a set of journal entries.
Review a batch

- Select the batch and check its client, type, and source.
- Review the rows and their statuses.
- Investigate errors and warnings. Reject an unsuitable row where that action is available.
- Use the available approval or posting action only after reviewing its effect.
Read the status
Link to section: Read the statusDraft means work is still being prepared. Ready means it is prepared for the next action. Applied or Posted means the corresponding action has happened. Read row results as well as the batch heading.
Part of the batch failed
Link to section: Part of the batch failedCheck which rows succeeded and which did not. Use the correction flow provided rather than assuming the whole batch can be repeated unchanged.
