Read and export financial reports

  1. Open the client and choose Reports.
  2. Select the income, expense, profit-and-loss, VAT, or advances report you need.
  3. Choose the reporting period and relevant filters.
  4. Check the headings and notes to understand which records are included.
  5. Review missing-classification or incomplete-result warnings before using totals.

Bookkeeping also has its own reports, including trial balance and ledger-based summaries. Check the report source: connected-service reports and bookkeeping reports may include different records or stages of work.

Use the available PDF or Excel action. If the PDF opens a print dialog, choose Save as PDF. Allow the report window to open if the browser blocks it.

Check the downloaded report’s client name, period, and totals before sharing it.

Compare period, filters, source, document status, and classification coverage. Ask the responsible bookkeeper to review any remaining difference.
