Connect carefully

1. Open the relevant page in Settings.
2. Read the current status before changing anything.
3. Follow the on-screen connection steps using the intended business identity.
4. Check the resulting status and any error message.
5. Confirm that the related feature is available to the appropriate staff.

Never paste private connection details into a client message or documentation screenshot.

A service is unavailable

Check whether the connection needs renewal or an administrator’s action. A connection being configured does not mean every client has all the details needed to use it.
